We were then able to tackle it together by looking at; why I thought so negatively about myself in everyday situations and also what events would trigger negative thinking, which would lead to me being seriously depressed. With the preventative measures Siobhan taught me I am now extremely optimistic I won't go back to the bad place I was in when I first met her.
